  • If you want to collect both website/brand and product reviews, we recommend using your review request emails to collect product reviews and our Net Promoter Score (NPS) feature to collect website/brand reviews (available on the Professional plan and above)
  • Please note that if you'd like to use our Google Seller Rating feature to display your brand reviews on Google, you will need to use our NPS feature

Setting Up the Dashboard

Review request emails can be customized to collect reviews about your website in general instead of collecting reviews about a specific product your customers have purchased. Go to Settings - Customize - Reviews to edit your email content.
