Exclude Customers from All Emails

Our Suppression feature allows you to exclude certain customers from receiving review requests (corporate orders, wholesale, etc.). Follow this guide to learn how!

Adding Emails to the Suppression List

  • In the Stamped dashboard, go to Settings - General - Exclusions
  • In the Suppression section, enter the email addresses that you wish to exclude
  • Click Save

Note: Separate each email address with a new line

Import Emails Using a CSV File

If you have a long list of email addresses to exclude from review requests, they can be imported using a CSV file to save you time.

 

Please prepare a single-column CSV file containing the email addresses and email it to support@stamped.io. Our support team will assist you with importing the email addresses into the suppression list.
