If you've any specific customers to whom you do not wish to send a review request, you can now exclude them using customer tags.
*Note: This only applies to Shopify users. For other e-commerce platforms, you can use the suppression list instead: Exclude Customers from all emails

Adding The Tag
- Settings - General - Exclusions
- Type in the product tag you wish to exclude from being requested for review (e.g. 'exclude-customer') under "Exclude customers from Review Request with tags", and save the settings.
- Add the tag 'exclude-customer' for all customers you wish to be excluded from review requests in your Shopify Admin.
