Note: If your account is billed outside of Shopify or BigCommerce (e.g. Stripe), you will need to cancel the plan in your Stamped account before you can close your store. This will prevent any erroneous billing to your account.
On Shopify
- Go to Shopify Admin => Apps
- Click on "Uninstall" on Stamped Apps
- Done
On BigCommerce
- Go to BigCommerce Admin => Apps
- Click on "Uninstall" on Stamped Apps
- Done
