1. Download CSV File (Need an example to refer? Click here)
2. Fill in the customer's and order details
3. Import the CSV File to our app
Import Template Guideline
The table below describes the headers of the CSV file (the top row) and the types of information that belong in each column:

productId (optional) | A system-generated product identifier, not SKU. Here's a guide for finding the Product ID in your e-commerce platform. |
productTitle (optional) | Name of the product in your store |
productImageUrl (optional) | The web address of the product image. Here's how you can get the URL of the Product Image 1. Right-click on the product image 2. phoneNumber (optional) | The phone number of the customer is required if you are intending to send the review request through SMS. Kindly take note that the country code will have to be included in the phone number (eg. +112345678) |
